BISCUIT CAKE/NO BAKE BISCUIT CAKE
No bake biscuit cake recipes are easy and quick recipe compared to the traditional baked cake recipes.An easy and tasty no bake recipe prepared with marie biscuits as its base.The choice of biscuits used in this desserts like digestive biscuits or parle g biscuits or milk bikis biscuits.
PREPARATION TIME:20 min
INGREDIENTS:
Mariegold biscuit 200 gm pkt -2
Milkmaid -200 ml
Coco powder -3 tblspn
Unsalted butter -2 tblspn
Crushed cashews and almonds - some
Butter paper or parchment paper
PICTORIAL:
Break the biscuit and grind
Powdered biscuits
Add 2 tblspn butter
Add crushed almonds and cashews
Add 3 tblspn coco powder
Mix well
Add little by little mailkmaid and mix well
I use 200 gm milkmaid for this,To make dough like this
Place the dough in a butter paper and make it as a cylindrical shape
Cover it like this
keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour
After 1/2 an hour take it out from the refrigerator,remove the butter paper and slice it like this
Delicious no bake biscuit cake is ready.
METHOD:
- Break the biscuits and grind it into a fine powder.
- Add 2 tblspn butter,crushed almonds,crushed cashews and 3 tblspn coco powder and mix.
- Now add little by little milkmaid and mix well to form a dough.
- Place the dough in the butter paper and make it as a cylindrical shape and cover it.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.Don't exceed the time otherwise it is difficult to slice.
- After 1/2 an hour take it out from the refrigerator and slice it.
- Delicious no bake biscuit cake is ready.
